Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Play Laser Tag, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.

The remaining amount (if any) must be paid before or on the day of the event.
2. Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation by Customer

If cancellation is made 48 hours before the event, the advance amount is refundable or can be adjusted for a future booking.

If cancellation is made within 24–48 hours, 50% of the advance amount may be refunded or adjusted.

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the event, the advance amount is non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling Policy

One-time rescheduling is allowed subject to slot availability.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the event time.

New booking date must be within 30 days of the original booking date.
4. No-Show Policy

In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
5. Cancellation by Play Laser Tag
In rare situations such as technical issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, Play Laser Tag reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. In such cases, customers will be offered:

Full refund of advance payment, OR
-
Option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer / Online Payment).
